$150,000 buys the property, the structures and possible discussion of what fabrication tools maybe to keep or take out of the warehouse. The lift in the warehouse is included. There are vehicles on the property being cleared out that belong to various people that have been paying monthly to leave them there. I have approx 50K to invest in it. The owner will finance anything beyond 100K. Or buy it straight up of course if people want to help get me there.

2.2 acres at end of road. Large shop 140’x50x30 there’s a 100×50 pole barn connects to a 40×30 metal building there is a shed and a double wide (cabin) as well. There's (what I will call) a substantial well structure, and there's also a shed with a concrete floor that needs some fixing.
My comments: The main warehouse is BIG with a vehicle lift in it. Secondary pole barn that's connected to main warehouse is also pretty sizeable. Electric looks really good inside large conduit. There's an apartment built INSIDE the warehouse, with two levels with living, kitchen, full bath A/C, bedroom, a second potential bedroom, it's pretty nice comfortable sleeping quarters. In the second warehouse there's some wood burning stoves too.
The guy is selling it because he's moved to Arizona and can no longer enjoy it.
The double-wide 'cabin' is rustic and has amenitites but needs finish work, basic carpentry stuff. It's not new but it's in a sort of refurbishing state.
Land is sizeable, but not so much that you're a slave to the land. The owner said the warehouse was used in the past, where people were building helicopter parts. After that it has been a fab shop, car repair, etc.
