Camera Products

I really don't want to be tied down to services. I don't want the cloud (unless personal private encrypted cloud). A setup that I can take with me to other places would be nice. Cameras that don't require wiring is cool but can be spied on via the network. But that can happen with wired cameras too if the network isn't secure.

Some features I'd like with cameras

Wireless but secure
tied to no spy agency companies
motion detected
versatile/portable
weather resistant to very low and very high temps, freezing and rain of course.
Formats that are easy to capture, file sizes easy to capture and utlize.
Night vision of some sort
clear faces, higher resolution for that.
Facial recognition not needed but something to be aware of across the system
