Contacted the developer to minimize the file footprint for usage. He replied: 

Hi Mike,

The minimum required files are these:

  * mailer folder - you can remove mailer/email-templates-custom folder and all the templates except default.html &     default.css
  * Validator folder (for server validation)
  * Form.php


If you use any plugin, add its folder & xml file, for example plugins/select2 and plugins-config/select2.xml
